WBII Launches Campaign Against Antizionist Harassment & Holocaust Distortion

WBII is launching an urgent campaign against the growing wave of antizionist harassment in London, which has increasingly tapped into the historical genocide libel against Jews, fostering an environment of intimidation, historical distortion, and state inaction.

For over 15 months, the streets of London have become a platform for unrestrained antizionist incitement, with weekly anti-Israel demonstrations escalating into outright harassment of Jewish individuals and businesses. The same protests that claim to champion "justice" have, instead, emboldened those who chant for Israel’s destruction, openly calling for the extermination of the Jewish state—a rhetoric deeply rooted in the age-old accusation that Jews conspire to commit atrocities.

At the same time, we have seen the deliberate erosion of Holocaust memory—where Jewish suffering is either minimised, politicised, or erased entirely, all to serve the modern antizionist agenda. Holocaust Memorial Day, a moment meant to honour the victims of history’s greatest crime, has instead been used as a platform to attack Israel, twisting history in service of a grotesque inversion of reality.

This is not just political speech—it is a direct continuation of the oldest antisemitic libel: the accusation that Jews are perpetrators of mass violence, rather than its victims. The world has heard it before: from medieval blood libels, to Nazi propaganda, to the Soviet antisemitic campaigns that portrayed Zionists as child-killers. Today, this same narrative is repackaged in marches calling Israel a genocidal state, in Holocaust distortion that strips away Jewish identity, and in the justification of Hamas’s massacre of Jews as “resistance.”

This coordinated assault on Jewish identity and security cannot go unchallenged. WBII is calling on all our supporters to sign a formal complaint to the Mayor of London, UK Government, and relevant authorities, demanding immediate intervention to stop this insidious resurgence of antisemitism.

Subject: Urgent Action Required on Antizionist Harassment & Holocaust Distortion

Hello,

I am writing to express deep concern over the escalating antizionist harassment in London and the systematic distortion of Holocaust history, both of which demand immediate intervention from law enforcement and government authorities.

For over a year, Jewish Londoners have been subjected to weekly anti-Israel demonstrations that have crossed the line into outright incitement. These protests have become a platform for hate, where:

  • Jewish individuals and businesses are directly targeted, forcing them out of public spaces.
  • Chants for Israel’s destruction are normalised, drawing from historical antisemitic libels.
  • Holocaust Memorial events are hijacked to weaponise Jewish history against the Jewish state.

This weaponisation of language is not new. The accusation that Jews conspire to commit genocide—once wielded by the Nazis, the Soviets, and now radical antizionists—has always been a precursor to violence, exclusion, and persecution. The claim that Israel is a genocidal state is not an academic debate—it is a modern blood libel, designed to justify the targeting of Jewish communities in the Diaspora.

The failure of British institutions to confront this hate raises serious questions about the government’s commitment to upholding the Public Order Act and the Equality Act.

We Demand the Following Actions:

1️⃣ Increased Law Enforcement Action against antizionist protests that result in harassment and intimidation.
2️⃣ A Public Statement from the Mayor of London condemning the rise of antizionist hate and the genocide libel.
3️⃣ Stronger Enforcement of Hate Speech Laws by the Metropolitan Police, ensuring that calls for Israel’s destruction are recognised as incitement.
4️⃣ An Official Apology from President Higgins for exploiting Holocaust Memorial Day as a political weapon against Israel.
5️⃣ Protections for Jewish Londoners to ensure their safety in public spaces, free from harassment by antizionist extremists.

This is not simply about protests—it is about the systematic erosion of Jewish safety and historical truth. If action is not taken, legal avenues—including judicial review and civil action—will be pursued.

I urge you to publicly support this initiative and push for concrete measures to combat antisemitism and Holocaust distortion.

I look forward to your response.

Sincerely,

[Your Name]
